Kenya-AIST was pleased to host a delegation from the University of Eldoret on a courtesy visit on 30th March 2026. The delegation was received by the Ag. Principal, Prof. J.W. Khamasi, and taken on a guided campus tour.
We proudly announce our engagement with the Kaiti Greening Champions. This year, on 27th March 2026 we held a tree planting drive at Mutulani Primary School. The activity was part of the One Learner, One Tree initiative. Together we planted over 1,000 trees, fostering a spirit of environmental responsibility and sustainability for the community.

On 3rd January 2026, the Principal Secretary, Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui, CBS, hosted a delegation from the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space and DAAD. The focus was the proposed establishment of a Centre of African Excellence for Applied Artificial Intelligence in Kenya. Kenya-AIST was represented by the Council Chairman, Prof. Emmanuel Mutisya, and Ag. Principal, Prof. J.W. Khamasi.
